Video Log – MN landscape Arboretum Wedding DJ
Wedding#2 of a back to back Friday/Saturday wedding in the Twin Cities! This was my first time working with the MN Landscape Arboretum, and I must say, they were great! We did the ceremony out in the Shrub Rose Garden, and then brought the party inside for Dinner, and then reset for Dancing in the Great Hall. Drew & Bethany have some pretty amazing friends and family, and getting to know them was a treat. I was able to surprise Bethany by meeting up with her father beforehand to record him singing a song for their Father/Daughter dance.

Wedding #1 of a back-to-back Friday/Saturday wedding weekend in the Twin Cities! Matt & Alicia were such a great couple, we did the ceremony sound & coordination for the ceremony, and working with the Green Acres staff was a pleasure. They reset the room for dinner, and then we danced, ending the night with a sparkler send off and watching the fireworks over the horizon since it was the 4th of July.

This wedding brought me back to my old hometown area near Hutchinson MN, to the Crow River Golf Club for Beth & Ricky’s wedding. I provided sound & music coordination for the ceremony by the river, and then inside was the Master of Ceremonies and kept everyone entertained all night long.

For Pat & Deanna’s wedding, we did the ceremony at their house, and then moved the party to the Gnesen Township Community Center. This was a fun crowd who danced all night despite the swarms of mosquitoes coming in through the open doors…

This was such a fun group of people to perform for! There was a TON of kids at this wedding, and the family were big into games, so we played all sorts of games for dinner kisses and throughout the night. We did the ceremony right outside on the shore of Lake Superior, we provided the sound & music coordination for the ceremony, and I was then the Master of Ceremonies and DJ for the rest of the evening.

I always enjoy doing weddings at Superior Shores Resort in Two Harbors MN… more often than not they are for clients whose family & friends are from out of town since the North Shore of Lake Superior is a “destination wedding” location. So I get to meet people from all over… and this January wedding was no exception! We did the ceremony inside due to the snow & cold… and then we danced!

A Black Friday wedding! The Dellwood Hills Country Club is a beautiful venue nestled into the North Eastern part of the Twin Cities. I had the honor of being the Master of Ceremonies for Ben & Katie’s wedding… I provided ceremony sound & coordination for the ceremony beforehand, and then we had hors d’oeuvres & cocktails before dancing the night away.
