After DJ’ing a wedding the night before, I drove out to Cross Lake MN to Pine Peaks, a neat wedding venue out on a farmstead. Dinner was excellent, and the place was packed! The dance floor was full the whole night and everyone had fun & enjoyed the games. I really felt invigorated at the end of the night, like being on an adrenaline high, the night just had that much energy.
Matt and Tonia’s wedding was a lovely reception at Blackwoods Grill in Proctor. I enjoy DJ’ing at Blackwoods, their staff is amazing, and it’s just a great venue to have an awesome dance!
The dance floor was packed all night long, and everyone had a blast. I received quite a few compliments from guests wishing that I had DJ’ed their wedding.
I DJ’ed the 20 year class reunion for the Two Harbors High school. It was at the Two Habors fairgrounds. This group of people knew how to party! They were launching off fireworks outside for part of the night, and then when it came time to end, they wanted to keep on going. They passed around a hat to collect money for me to stay late, and I DJ’ed for another hour and a half until 1:30am.
After the Duluth Floods, I drove to Motley MN to DJ Annmarie & Dusty’s wedding reception at the Pine Ridge Golf Club. It was a smaller wedding, but the crowd had a great time! Due to the flooding, I had to take a long detour as one of the roads was closed, and then the detour had a detour on my way back home because the detoured road broke down with the soggy ground & increased traffic.
I DJ’ed Heather and Brandon’s wedding in Mt. Iron MN. It was a great reception, and everyone had a good time.
DJ Lucas & I DJ’ed the Challenge Center Prom. These folks knew how to party and have a great time!
