Shawn & Morgan’s wedding was a crazy fun night of dinner & dancing in a tent, in a field, in the middle of nowhere. Even with the heat, and the bugs, and everything else that comes from DJ’ing in a tent, the dance floor was packed all night. And I had to disappoint a lot of people when 1AM rolled around and it was time to shut down.
I also got a new iPad mini that takes a LOT better video & pictures than my phone ever did!
Dennis & Jolene’s wedding was a blast. We were at the Town Hall in Port Wing WI (a tiny little town on the south shore of Lake Superior in northern Wisconsin). Dinner was excellent, and I kept the dance floor packed all night. Everyone loved the games I played with the guests, and I had many compliments from family members of both the Bride and Groom.
I enjoy these smaller, laid-back, small-town weddings. 🙂

What an amazing wedding reception! Ry and Lindsay were awesome, and I love their families & friends. They had some special requests for certain music for the ceremony and during dinner, and I was able to find all of the songs they asked for (even the ones that were not already in my massive music library).
I did the music for their ceremony, and we did a fun twist on the dinner kisses that everyone enjoyed. But once the dance started, I kept having people come up and telling me that they had never been to a wedding where they had as much fun as they were having now. I gave out a lot of business cards throughout the night.
Aaron kicked some serious butt. Of all the component parts of our wedding day, I was most worried about getting a DJ experience that didn’t feel forced, played contemporary hits, and got people having legitimate fun. Aaron exceeded all of our expectations by a significant margin. The party games he played were new to both of us as well as our guests, and everyone really liked them. I had more than a dozen experienced wedding-goers say he was the best DJ they’d ever seen at a wedding. And it all came at a price that we couldn’t believe. I would’ve paid double for our experience, and still been happy at the value it gave us. I would have had a hard time saying what it would take for me to go out of my way and recommend a wedding DJ before this experience, and now I know. Excellent website tools (seriously killer), amazing price, and, above all, the perfect DJ. Well done guys, and thank you again Aaron. Hope you had half as much fun as we did.
Dan & Joe are an amazing couple, and their ceremony/reception at the Hope Glen Farm was beautiful. We did the ceremony outside, there was a quick spring shower beforehand, but the sun came out just in time. Then we danced the night away in the barn.
This wedding was amazingly fun to DJ! I had my fellow DJ Katt with me, and we did the ceremony there on-site at the Rum River Barn, which is a lovely rustic old barn converted into a banquet facility.
Dinner & Dancing were upstairs in the barn loft, and after a slight technical glitch (someone flipped the light switch that powered the outlet our system was plugged into) everyone was dancing the night away!
The kids at Becker Middle School had a blast and danced all evening at their end-of-year school dance. These kids loved the games and interactions that I did with them, and kept the song requests coming all night.
I don’t do many school dances, in comparison to the amount of weddings that I DJ, but I enjoy them very much. It helps me hone my skills mixing as the kids prefer more of a “club” feel, as opposed to the wide gamut of music genres that weddings demand.
I really enjoyed DJ’ing this wedding. The father of the bride was in a band many years ago and recorded a special version of his band singing “my girl” for the father daughter dance. It was also a pretty large group of people and once the dancing started the dance floor was full all night long!
The DECC staff was also excellent as usual, with a delicious meal and friendly bar staff that kept my pitcher of water full all night long (I drank 3 pitchers of water over the course of the night!)

Matthew and Autumn’s wedding was amazing! They ordered the additional uplighting package so I was able to make the city hall look much better with splashes of light against the walls.
They had lots of family and friends of all ages, and I had them all dancing the night away!

Autumn’s dad is hard to impress – and he had a blast thanks to the Aaron! He was friendly, outgoing, and got Matt excited about the garter toss – which was something he originally was worried about. He made us feel comfortable and not have to worry about a thing. Guests had fun and we WILL recommend your company to friends 🙂
Anna and Casey were married in the Dominican Republic (Destination wedding, AWESOME!) and then threw a big party at Clyde Iron Works for friends and family. It was a pretty big reception, and was definitely a great crowd. I had fellow DJ Julian Williams with me and we had a great time.
The dance floor was packed all night long, and toward the end of the night we switched it up and went into Karaoke Dance Party mode, where guests would sing karaoke and everyone else would dance while they sang.

Nicolle & Ryan were actually married 3 months ago, and were originally not going to have a wedding reception, but their friends and family convinced them they needed to. So this was a pretty laid back reception, and once the dancing started, it was the “it” party in town!
